They all tower over the player and feature a significant height differential. Because you have to jump before you can hit the enemy hard in the face no matter how bulky your build is. Because of this, even muscular characters require momentum to punch effectively. When you’re building your biceps, you must overcome obstacles, such as walls that soar into the air or gym members with mismatched dumbbells. Passing these obstacles will cause you to waste energy as your muscles lose strength. However, building large biceps is possible if you overcome enough obstacles. Obstacles with high walls require more effort to counter than those with thinner walls. Later on, more obtrusive obstacles will appear that require additional strength to overcome. The worst part of this is when you approach the finish line and obstructive obstacles appear. In order to defeat the final boss, one must possess greater strength than what's necessary to catch its oversized arms. Doing so will result in a sad end. A tap to the head can quickly dispatch you as the boss. Game over. During some phases of the game, players find themselves stuck with no way forward. However, this isn’t the case for every phase— just a select few. Instead, later phases present players with new problems they must solve with clever thinking. After breaking through a wall, a glittering yellow object appears. This indicates that the muscles have atrophied and indicates that a person with significant bicep muscles should immediately obtain it.

The Big Hit's satisfying gameplay provides joy for its players. Players feel pleasure when controlling the game's humorous, yet addictive character and witnessing a historic encounter between their hero and a giant opponent. The additional joy comes from running aggressively down the road while gathering weights and handling obstacles with increasing difficulty. Additionally, the speed and difficulty of obstacles increase as players continue to play the game.
