Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 is a horror action adventure game that follows the same protagonist as its one previous installment. Called GrabPack, a hand-sized bag filled with magical items, serves as the protagonist's traveling companion. The game takes place in a toy factory that was once inhabited by the original character. Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 states it is a direct sequel to Poppy Playtime Chapter 1. This time around, Mommy Long Legs, the pink doll with stretchable limbs, appears in the cleaner's place. The main character who defeated HuggyWuggy in Chapter 1 must now face her. A new anxiety and puzzle game emerges in this extra chapter that exceeds the last one.
# With the Exploration Magic Hands, solve the mystery and move on!
GrabPack is used to check the place you want to look at. This will involve shooting a hand positioned at that location. The GrabPack shooter must find out the truth about a missing employee in the ruins of a factory, and then escape. To proceed into the factory, you need to solve a mystery by accessing its inner compartment through cleverly designed puzzles. The “GrabPack”, which helps you solve the puzzles, comes with a hand-held backpack. By pressing the bill mark, each shot can be discharged. When the freed hand comes into contact with an object under the control of the caster, it will be fixed. Irrespective of its immobility, the protagonist can still shift. This limitation only applies to wires encasing his supernatural hand. If lifting a lighter object like a ladder or cardboard, a believer can pull and maneuver it at will. After figuring out the mystery, you need to keep in mind that electricity is the key to understanding GrabPack. By coming into contact with one hand to the power supply, you can send electricity to the other hand. Doing so powers GrabPack's mechanical devices; it's how you solve the mystery.

Because a work is considered fully formed once it's complete, its predecessor is no longer necessary. This means that a sequel has the same plot, themes and protagonist as the original. However, their stories are still split into two separate installments. I don't understand what the GrabPack is, why the protagonist is on this planet, or why playing from the middle provides a similar viewing experience to watching a serial drama. I strongly recommend playing the first chapter of Poppy Playtime, even for people who have played the previous game. Even someone who has forgotten most of the story should play from this previous work if they haven’t played yet. This game can be played on the previous smartphone version for about half the price. Adding this work to your cart will slightly increase its price to about 1000 yen. The first work costs nothing on the phone or PC versions. Additionally, chapter 2 costs less than 1000 yen; it's nearly free if you play continuously. This means there's little pricing difference between playing the phone or PC versions. Since this work isn’t very action-oriented, you can comfortably play on the mobile version. We recommend playing casually on the go or in bed using the mobile version!
# It outdoes its predecessor in terms of puzzles and horror.
The first work’s contents are purposefully left a mystery. Any attempt at clarification should be abandoned if a player fails to complete the first chapter. This work doesn’t conform to any particular genre. Furthermore, those who’ve completed the previous work don’t need to perform the same routine again. This is due to the fact that they already understand its nature. The story’s mystery and fear drives it go beyond the previous work— it’s even better! This work builds on the previous one thanks to new additions and improvements.

Any character who has completed Chapter 1 can solve the enigma present within this work. That should be the case. This work maintains an initial level of difficulty long enough to tempt casual readers into skipping the first chapter. However, even those who persevere will find their efforts unappreciated. Because the mystery reaches its peak at the end of the first chapter, people who recall the previous content will dismiss subsequent chapters as a redundant rehash. Playing through the game as it introduced new concepts confirms that this difficulty level is ideal. I can tell from the start that this is how difficult I want it to be.
# Mommy Long Legs is a creepy horror creature that appears to attack people.
A creature appeared in the previous work named HuggyWuggy. He appeared straightforwardly fearful due to a violent creature that killed him. The Mommy Long Legs in this work consider it disgusting as well as frightening. Because the arms and legs extend outward and rotate around, they regard their posture as unhealthy. For sure, it's a terrifying sight. Initially, their lack of dying during first encounter excites an irrational sense of disgust. In fact, anyone declaring they will kill someone should give one the creeps. The main character loses the left hand from GrabPack at the beginning of the production. This spurs me to feel uneasy because the only weapon in the production is incomplete. I think it's fantastic that this work is never a repetitive copy of the previous one due to its frightening ingenuity.

At Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, the unfinished story of the first part continues with everything revolving around the toy factory that was left unfinished. This company previously produced Cat Bee and Huggy Wuggy dolls. Their toys were popular among consumers. and attractive by children.
